This is from the Wildlife Concert- 2/23 & 2/24 of '95 from the Sony Studios in NYC- over 2 evenings- probably his best recording except perhaps his Greatest Hits album from the 70's. Like fine wine as he got older!!

This is an incredible song, and I have the DVD and the sound coming through high quality headphones is unbelievable. The separation is awesome. And yes, that sure is Pete Huttlinger, and he's in the category of incomparable. I've been to a couple of his guitar workshops and intimate concerts. He's an OUTSTANDING guitarist, much better than what he shows here. He plays a number of different styles, and has some YT videos. Check 'em out.

I have seen Pete a couple of times, and I have some of his CDs. Have you ever heard a song Pete wrote called "McGuire's Landing?" This was supposed to be a favorite of JD's and he always wanted to write lyrics to it. Sadly, he never got the chance.
